Can I cancel my order?
We allow cancellations for up to 24 hours after you have placed your order, provided the package has not been fulfilled. If you would like to cancel within the 24-hour window, contact us here with your email address and order number.

How do I wash my garments?
All garments are organic cotton and should be washed in cold water. Hang drying or drying on low heat is ideal. Read more here.

Why do you use organic cotton? Pesticides and fertilizers?
No thanks! All ina garments are made with organic cotton which means no yucky chemicals during the growing of the cotton, a healthier food supply chain, and a smaller carbon footprint. Organic cotton is handpicked, hypoallergenic, softer, and an eco-friendly and sustainable alternative to regular cotton.
Where are you made?
All of our garments are made with love in Bali. We are proud to partner with a local, woman-led manufacturer that runs their production under ethical and sustainable conditions.
What organizations do you support?
As dog lovers, we are proud to donate a portion of all our profits to our favorite dog shelters in Bali.
