Due to health and hygiene regulations, undies and bodysuits are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items. If you are unsure about what size to purchase, please check our size guide or email us!
All purchases made during a sale event are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges on items purchased through a sale. Please ensure your selections are correct before completing your order.
We accept returns and exchanges for all tops (camis and bralettes) within 30 days of the purchase date. All return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
As a sustainable brand, we have made the decision not to offer cash refunds to encourage mindful & considered purchasing. Our credit & exchange options allow you to find your perfect fit or style in the case that your initial purchase is not 100% right for you. We recommend that you ask questions and email our team before confirming your purchase. In the event of an exchange/return of a top, we are happy to offer:
• Store credit equal to the item/s purchase value
• Exchange for the same item or different item of the same value
Provided the following requirements are met:
- The item/s are returned within 30 days of you receiving them
- The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags and packaging remaining in place
- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way
- The item/s was not purchased as a part of our “sale”, “warehouse” or “sample” collections
- The item/s are not undies or a bodysuit
